National Deputation

The National Deputation, which was set up by Law Decree no. 174 dated April 6th 2006, Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policy, is the vigilance and general guiding body of the BMTI.
The National Deputation enters the registered on-line dealers in a special list, which it maintains and curates.

 

• it vigilates over the Management Company and on the general functioning of the BMTI and the markets;
• it moderates dealing methods and forms of security and guarantee of on-line transactions;
• it establishes disciplinary procedures concerning the Management Company and registered dealers;
• it curates and conserves a list of the persons registered to operate as dealers.
