Decree of the Minister for Agricultural and Forestry Policies, no. 174, April 6th 2006.
This decree disciplines the functioning of BMTI - the Italian Online Commodities Exchange, provides descriptions of the bodies it is constituted by and their functions.
General Regulation of the BMTI - Italian Online Commodities Exchange
The BMTI General Regulation, adopted under the Decree of the Ministerial for Agricultural and Forestry Policies, no. 174 of April 6th 2006, establishes the conditions and modes of organization and functioning of the BMTI, in particular disciplining:
- the bodies of the Italian Online Commodities Exchange;
- the conditions and procedures for admission to trading;
- supervision and control activities;
- publication and dissemination of information and provisions.
