Organ of the BMTI with vigilance and general direction functions;

Chambers of Commerce
Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Craft Trades and Agriculture, empowered to set up commercial exchanges in accordance with Law no. 272 of March 20th 1913;

Unioncamere/Union of Chambers of Commerce
The Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Craft Trades and Agriculture, recognised as a juridical subject by a Presidential Decree of June 30th 1954, no. 709, and following amendments;

Registered Dealers (SAI)
Subjects enrolled in the list held by the National Deputation having the function of collecting and managing orders in the BMTI; Community investment company, distinct from a bank, authorised to perform investment services, having head office and general directorate in Italy or another member nation of the European Union.

Extra-EU Investment Companies
A company, distinct from a bank, which is authorised to perform investment services, having head office in an extra-UE state;

Investment Companies
"SIMs" are EU and extra-EU investment companies;

Commodities Dealer Companies
A company, distinct from banks and financial dealers enrolled in the list set up in pursuance of art. 107 of  Bank Single Document, authorised to perform investment services, with a head office and general directorate in Italy;

Bank Single Document 
Law Decree no. 385 of September 1st 1993 and following amendments; markets and on-line markets approved by the National Deputation on a proposal by the management company;

General Regulations
The general regulation of the BMTI, adopted in pursuance of Ministerial Decree 174/06, establishes the conditions, organisation and functioning of the BMTI , relating in particular to:

 
Special Product Regulations
Disciplinary documents indicating on-line negotiating conditions, the sector of the product, the goods characteristics of the product, the payment conditions and delivery/collection and any other event or fact following closing of the deal which might have an effect on the carrying-out thereof.
