The Pavia Chamber of commerce with BMTI have developed a quarterly analysis on the paddy  rice market and its prices. The paper examines the performance of the national paddy rice sector thanks to a deep analysis of surface, production, yield, international trade and, particularly, of price trend for the main varieties of milled rice and paddy rice exchanged in the national market,  using the informative resources of Chambers of Commerce. This is possible using documents on prices of the Chambers of Commerce and deals on the BMTI.  A rice market trend on international production, consumptions and prices is also given.
