Management Company

Borsa Merci Telematica Italiana S.c.p.A., according to article 8 of the D.M. (Ministerial Decree) 174/06,  is a consortium owned by the Chambers of Commerce which arranges, organizes and manages the online trading Platform, allowing the daily and continuous handling of the negotiations from remote locations.  

BMTI S.c.p.A. has the following three main functions:

 

• It sets up and administers the Online Platform;
• It verifies the requisites of the Intermediary Agents (SAI) for admission to online trading, also with the help of the Chambers of Commerce;
• It provides to Intermediary Agents services regarding the access, the dealing and the gathering of data available on the online platform; 
• It provides to the Chambers of Commerce services about prices, training, promotion, technical and organizational support.
