On June 4th 2008 the Federazione Nazionale delle Cooperative Agricole ed Agroalimentari di Confcooperative (National Federation of Agricultural and Agri-food Cooperatives) and the BMTI signed a framework agreement which while respecting the independence of the signatories, outlines a collaborative relationship having as a main aim the promotion and enhancing of the constitution of capital-based companies which can operate as Intermediary Agents- SAI - in accordance with article 4 of Ministerial Decree no. 174/06.
