Fatty pigs for slaughter
The fatty pigs for slaughter market, activated on March 9th 2010, allows the dealing of the following products: Magri butcher from 90 to 115 kg, fats for slaughter from over 115 to 130 kg, fat slaughter of more than 130 to 144 kg, fat for slaughter from over 144 to 156 kg, fat slaughter more than 156 to 176 kg, fat for slaughter from over 176 to 185 kg, fat slaughter more than 185 kg.

Sows for slaughter
The sows for slaughter market, activated on September 24th 2003, allows the dealing of the following products: sows for slaughter from 160 to 200 kg - primipara, sows for slaughter from 180 to 280 kg and/or back fat thickness from 1 to 3 cm, sows for slaughter < 180 > 280 kg and/or back fat thickness < 1 > 3 cm, others and boars. 

Fresh Pork Cuts and Frozen Pork Cuts
The Fresh Pork Cuts and Frozen Pork Cuts market, activated on March 9th 2010, allows the dealing of the following fresh or frozen products: boneless and defatted fresh for leg of 5.5 kg, throat full with rind and fat, lard with pigskin for processing, 4-5 kg fresh bacon squared, pancettone with bronzes from 7.5 to 9.5 kg, fresh trimmed neck > 2.5 kg, fresh lard with pigskin 3 cm +, fresh lard with pigskin 4 cm +, chopped counter, pig fat for fusion, strand with cord, pure eye strand; and the dealing of the following fresh products: fresh national ham for raw 9-11 kg, fresh national ham for raw 11-14.5 kg, fresh ham for raw for typical production 10.5-12.5 kg, fresh ham for raw for typical production 12.5-15 kg, fresh ham for foreign raw 9-10 kg, fresh ham for foreign raw 10-11 kg, fresh ham for foreign raw 11-12 kg, fresh ham for foreign raw 12+ kg, Carré with full neck, Carré without neck loin Modena, Carré without neck loin Padova Venezia, Carré without neck loin Bologna with fillet, crude lard in cistern, refined and deodorized lard, refined lard in 25 kg cartons, refined lard in package and/or trays up to 1 kg.
